Early Access service

Tynous AI Office is provided to help a business organize information and prepare work. Early Access availability, included capabilities, and any complimentary access are subject to the Workspace entitlement shown in the service. The Free Early Access allowance is 10 lifetime real AI Office actions for an eligible Free Workspace.

Your Workspace and content

You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful use of the information and accounts you connect to your Workspace. Keep your account credentials secure and ensure that people you invite have appropriate authority to act for your business.

AI and external actions

AI-generated material is assistance for your review. You remain responsible for reviewing business content and decisions. Tynous does not automatically send external communications: the product requires the designated owner or administrator to review and approve the authorized sender, recipient, subject, and body before a supported external email is sent.

Third-party services

Email connections and other third-party services are subject to their own terms, permissions, availability, and verification requirements. Some provider integrations may be unavailable or limited while external verification is pending.
