Information Tynous handles

Tynous AI Office processes account and Workspace details, the business records you enter, and service activity needed to provide the product. If you connect a business mailbox, Tynous processes the authorized mailbox information and message content needed for the selected sync, communication, and owner-reviewed reply features.

How information is used

We use this information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service; to present your Workspace data; and, where enabled, to prepare business assistance using Tynous AI features. AI preparation does not itself send an external communication. Sending remains subject to the owner or administrator approval shown in the product.

Google API Services and Limited Use

Tynous's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace API data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Tynous functionality requested by the user. Tynous does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI or machine-learning models, and does not sell that data or use it for advertising.

When requested Tynous functionality requires external AI processing, the data needed for that request may be processed by the OpenAI API as a service provider. Such processing is limited to providing the requested Tynous functionality; Tynous does not authorize Google Workspace API data to be used for generalized or foundational model training.

Service providers and access

Tynous uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application and deliver enabled features. Connected email providers are accessed only through the authorization you grant. Tynous does not request permission to modify or delete Gmail messages, labels, spam, or trash through its Gmail connection.

Security and choices

Access is controlled through your account and Workspace. Connected mailbox credentials are stored server-side and are not returned by mailbox-status APIs. You may disconnect a mailbox in the product; historical business records created before disconnection may remain in the Workspace unless separately removed through the applicable service process.
